Cortege leaves No. 2 Jalan 12/19, 46200 Petaling Jaya on Monday, 28 Dec. 2009 at 2pm for funeral service at Assumption Church, No. 70, Jalan Templer, 46050 Petaling Jaya, followed by cremation at Gui Yuan (PJMC), Kampung Tunku, Jalan 229, Section 51A, Petaling Jaya.
