Passed away peacefully on 1st Dec. 2009
Memorial service at Nirvana Memorial Center, 2nd Floor, Room 23 (Marigold), No. 1, Jln 1/116A, Off Jln Sungai Besi, 57100 KL.
Cortege leaves for cremation at Shah Alam Nirwana Memorial Park at 1pm on Thursday, 3rd Dec. 2009 (Transport provided)
All friend and relatives are invited to final service at 10am, 3rd Dec. 2009 before cremation and a meal after the cremation.
