Passed away on 14 Dec. 2009 (Tamil Nadu, India)
A memorial service will be held on 17 Dec. 2009 at 12noon to 2pm at the residence at no. 50 Leboh Tembok 2, Taman Permai, Ipoh after whcih the cortege will leave for cremation at Bercham Crematorium, Ipoh.
