Cortege leaves form No. 1. Lorong Idaman 1, Taman Idaman, Simpang Ampat, 14100 Seberang Perai Selatan, Penang on Saturday, 19 Dec. 2009 at 11am and thereafter for burial at Blissful Memorial Park Cemetery, Bukit Mertajam.
