Passed away on 15 Dec. 2009
A wake will be held on 16 Dec. 2009 at 8.30pm at the residence:
No.19, Laluan Pengkalan Timur 13, Bandar Pengkalan Indah, 31650 Ipoh. Perak
A memorial service will be held on 17 Dec. 2009 at 10am at the residence after which, the cortege will leave for the Tambun Christian Cemetery.
