Wake service on Tuesday, 29 Dec. 2009 at 8.30pm and funeral on Wednesday, 30 Dec. 2009 at 11am at residence No. 1, Lintang Delima 6, Island Glades, 11700 Penang and thereafter for cremation at Batu Gantong Crematorium.
