The 16th Day Prayer will be held on 30 Dec. 2009 at 7.30pm at 42, Jalan Bintang, Taman Sunrise, 31400 Ipoh.

We wish to express our heartfelt thanks to relatives and friends for their attendance and assistance.

Deeply missed by all who knew him, family and friends.
