Cortege leaves from 526, Jalan Sentosa 3B/6, Taman Sri Sentosa, 09600 Lunas, Kedah on Friday, 15 Jan. 2010 at 1.45pm for funeral service at the Church of Sacred Heart of Jesus, Kulim, Kedah at 2pm and thereafter for cremation at Bukit Berapit Crematorium, BM.
