A wake service will be held at the residence at 13, Jalan 17/21F, 46400 Petaling Jaya at 8:30pm, 18 Jan. 2010.
A funeral service will be held at the same venue on 19 Jan. 2010 at 10am and thereafter for cremation at Gui Yuan Crematorium, Jalan 229, Kampung Tunku, 46100, Petaling Jaya.
