Passed away on 13 Jan. 2010 at 6am
Leaving behind beloved:
Sons, Daughters-in-law, Daughters, Sons-in-law, many grandchildren, grandchildren-in-law, great grandchildren, sister, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends to mourn their loss.
Cortege leaves from No. 32, Taman Gelugor, 11600 Penang on Saturday, 16 Jan. 2010 at 10.10am and thereafter for burial at United Hokkien Cemetery, Paya Terubong, Penang.
