Passed away on 2 Jan. 2010 at 4.30am
Leaving behind beloved:
Wife, Sons & Daughters-in-law, Daughters & Sons-in-law, Godson & Goddaughter-in-law, Grandchildren, Granddaughter-in-law, God Grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends to mourn their loss.
Funeral on Wednesday, 6 Jan. 2010 at 2pm from residence at No. 20, Taman Jesselton, 10450 Penang and thereafter for cremation at Batu Gantong Crematorium.
