The wake will be from Thursday, 31 Dec. 2009 and Funeral on Monday, 4 Jan. 2010 at 9.30am at St. Ignatius Church (SIC) at No. 2, Jalan SS 25/23, Taman Plazw, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor and thereafter for cremation at Gui Yuan Crematorium, Jln 229, Kg. Tunku, PJ.
