Passed away peacefully
Leaving behind beloved
Wife, Son, family and friends to mourn his loss.
Memorial service will be held on 26 Jan. 2010 (Tuesday) at Wisma FGA, Taman Goodwood, Jalan Kuchai Lama at 8pm.
Funeral service will be held on 27 Jan. 2010 (Wednesday) at the same venue at 10am followed by cremation at Nirvana Shah Alam crematorium.
