Passed away on 14 Jan. 2010 at 3.20pm
Leaving behind beloved:
Wife, Son, Daughter-in-law and Grandson.
Wake service will be held on 15 & 16 Jan. 2010 at 8.30pm at Hall 3, 1st Floor, Xiao En Centre, No. 1, Jalan Kuari, Cheras, 56100 Kuala Lumpur.
Funeral service will be held at the same venue on Sunday, 17, Jan. 2010 at 10am and thereafter to the Crematorium.
