Passed away peacefully on 11 Feb. 2010
Leaving behind beloved:
Wife, Daughters, brothers, sisters, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Memorial service at Gui Yuan Funeral Parlour 6, Jalan 229, Petaling Jaya on Friday, 12 Feb. 2010 at 8.30pm.
Funeral service will be held at the same venue on Saturday, 13 Feb. 2010 at 10am and thereafter for cremation at Gui Yuan crematorium, Jalan 229, Petaling Jaya.
