Passed away peacefully on 12 Feb. 2010 at 9.30pm
Leaving behind beloved:
Wife, Daughter, Sons, Mother, brothers, sister, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, 14 Feb. 2010 at 1pm at Our Lady Of Laurdes Church, Klang and thence to Subang Lutheran Garden, Subang Permai for burial.
