    To Mrs Cheong, Maria, Tina and families,

    Our deepest condolences to all of you in losing Mow Lum. I'm sure he is in Heaven now playing golf with Sia and Eng Kim. I'll always remember playing golf with him, from Malakoff to Penang. He wasn't a great golfer but we found him to be a great sportsman and a gentleman. He was a very humble man and in spite of his temperament, he always kept his cool however much we teased and provoked him.

    Sorry, we couldn't attend his funeral but would visit you when we go back to Penang. Take care.
