The 16th Day Prayers will be held on 1st April. 2010 (Thursday) at 7.30pm at No. 3, Jalan SS5C/1D Kelana Jaya, 47301 Petaling Jaya.
The final rites will be held on the next morning, 2nd April 2010 (Friday) at Port Dickson.
The family wishes to express their heartfelt thanks to all doctors & nurses of PPUM, PDRM, MAS, METC, AATC relatives and friends for their presence, condolences, contributions, wreaths & assistance rendered during their recent bereavement.
