Passed away peacefully on 29 March. 2010
Leaving behind beloved:
Wife (Retired Nursing Sister, GH, Ampang Puteri), Children, Spouse, Grandchildren, Siblings and a host of relatives and friends to mourn his loss.
Funeral will be held at 11A, Jalan KOOP Cuepacs 3C, Taman Cuepacs, Batu 8, Cheras 43200 on Wednesday, 31 March. 2010 at 12.00 noon.
