Wake service at Gui Yuan Funeral Parlour 6, Jalan 51A/229, Petaling Jaya at 8.30pm on Friday, 19 March. 2010 and Saturday, 20 March. 2010.
Funeral service at the same venue on Sunday, 21 March. 2010 at 10am and thereafter for cremation at Gui Yuan Crematorium, Petaling Jaya.
