St. Ignatius Church; 2, Jalan SS 25/23 Taman Plaza 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, 29 March. 2010 at 9am at St. Ignatius Church, thereafter cortege leaves for Gui Yuen Crematorium, Kampung Tunku (Beside MBPJ Crematorium)
