Aged 69 years
passed away peacefully on 28 March. 2010 at 3.54am
Leaving behind beloved:
Wife, Children & Spouses, Grandchildren as well as brothers, sister and their families to mourn their loss.
Funeral rites at 10am followed by cremation at 11am on Tuesday, 30 March. 2010 at Hall 6, Petaling Jaya Chinese Cemetery Association (Gui Yuan Crematorium) at Jalan 51A/229, 46100 Petaling Jaya.
