passed away peacefully on 11 April. 2010

Leaving behind beloved:
Mom, Brothers, Sisters, Brothers-in-law, Sisters-in-law, Nephews, Nieces, relatives and friends to mourn their loss.

Cortege leaves from residence at No. 23, Jalan Berjaya 1, Taman Berjaya, Gombak on Monday, 12 April. 2010 at 10am for funeral service at St. Joseph Church, Sentul at 11am and thereafter for burial at Sg. Darah, Batang Berjuntai.
