Passed away peacefully on Friday, 16 April. 2010

Funeral Service at 2.30pm, Wednesday, 21 April. 2010 at St. Ignatius Church, Jalan SS25/23, Taman Mayang, Petaling Jaya and thereafter at Nirvana Memorial Park Shah Alam, Taman Perkuburan Seksyen 21, Jalan Pusaka 21/1, Off Persiaran Jubli Perak, Shah Alam.
