Passed away peacefully on 21 April. 2010
Funeral will be held at No. 20, Jalan BP 10/9, Bandar Bukit Puchong 2, Puchong on 22 April. 2010 at 12pm.
Cortege leaving at 2pm for cremation at Kg. Tunku Crematorium Petaling Jaya.
