Funeral service on 23 April. 2010 (Friday) at St. Ignatius Church, No. 2, Jalan SS23/25, Taman Plaza, P.J (behind Loong Fong Restaurant)
Cremation at Kg. Tunku Gui Yuan Crematiorium, P.J at 3.30pm.
