passed away peacefully on Saturday, 10 April. 2010 at 2.30pm
Athma Shanti prayers will be held at our home on 24 April. 2010 (Saturday) starting at 7pm and final rites at 4am at Tanjung Bungah, followed by lunch on 25 April. 2010 (Sunday) at 12.30pm at our home 45-H Lorong Empat Off Chor Sin Kheng Road, Air Itam 11500 Penang.
The family like to express our heartfelt thanks and gratitude to all relatives, friends, Doctor & Nurses for their presence, assistance, condolences, prayers, support, kind messages and floral tributes during our recent bereavement.
