Mok Hai Tan
(Husband of the late Madam Lee Lai Kim)
Aged: 96 years
passed away peacefully on 9 April. 2010 at 6.45pm
Leaving behind beloved:
Sons, daughters-in-law, daughter, Son-in-law, Grandsons, Granddaughters, Goddaughters, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, a host of relative and friends to mourn their loss.
Funeral on Tuesday, 13 April. 2010 at 11am from residence at 2, Lorong Kolam Ikan 3, 11900 Bayan Lepas, Penang and thereafter for cremation at Mount Erskine Crematorium.
