Passed away peacefully on 16 April. 2010

Funeral service on Sunday, 18 April. 2010 at 10am. Cortege leaves from Plot A, Jalan Chong Son, Pokok Assam, 34000 Taiping, Perak for cremation at Taiping Prestavest Crematorium.
