Funeral on Sunday, 25 April. 2010 at 1.30pm from residence No. 12, Jalan Sembilang 4, Taman Teluk Pulai, Klang, Selangor and thereafter for cremation at Nirvana Memorial Park, Sec. 21, Shah Alam, Selangor.
