Passed away peacefully on Sunday, 9 May. 2010
Leaving behind beloved:
Wife, Sons, Daughters-in-law, Daughter, Grandson, Granddaughter, Nephews, nieces and relatives to mourn their loss.
Wake service will be held on Thursday, 13 May. 2010 from 6pm onwards to 11pm at Hall 3, Level 1, Xiao En Centre, No. 1, Jalan Kuari, Cheras, 56100 Kuala Lumpur.
Cortege leaves at the same venue on Friday, 14 May. 2010 at 10am for cremation at Cheras DBKL Crematorium.
