Passed away peacefully on 30 May. 2010
Leaving behind beloved:
Husband, Daughters, Son, Son-in-laws, grandchildren, relatives and friends to mourn their loss.
Cortege leaves residence HG07- Bayu Apartment, Damansara Damai 47830 P.J at 1pm on 31 May. 2010 for funeral service at Assumption Church PJ at 3pm, thereafter for burial at Sg. Buloh Cemetery.
