passed away peacefully on Monday, 10 May. 2010 at 12.57am

Wife, Father, Mother, Mother-in-law, Sister, Brother-in-law, Nephew, uncles, aunties, cousins, nephews, nieces, a host of relatives & friends to mourn their loss.

Cortege leaves from Khoo Kongsi Funeral Parlour, Lot A, (Farlim) Penang on Friday, 14 May 2010 for cremation at Batu Gantong Crematorium.
