passed away peacefully on 1 May. 2010 at 12.40pm

Cortege leaves from 3-G-1, Taman Padang Tembak, (Opposite PBA), Ayer Itam, Penang on Sunday, 2 May. 2010 at 2.30pm for cremation at Batu Gantong Crematorium.
