Passed away peacefully on Friday, 7 May. 2010
Leaving behind beloved:
Wife, Children, Brothers, Sister, Brother-in-law, Sister-in-law, God-Father, Uncles, aunties, brothers and sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends to mourn their loss.
Wake service will be held nightly from 7.30pm onwards on 10 May. 2010 (Monday) at the residence No: 12, Jalan Akasia 4, Taman Saujana Akasia Country & Resort Homes 47000 Sg. Buloh.
Cortege leaves from residence on Wednesday, 12 May. 2010 at 2pm for cremation at Nirwana Crematorium Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.
