Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, 23rd June 2010 at 12:02am
Leaving behind beloved
Sons, daughters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, nephews,, nieces, relatives and friends to mourn their loss.
Cortege will leave residence No.18, Jalan Midah 16, Taman Midah, Cheras, 56000 Kuala Lumpur on Saturday, 26th June 2010 at 10.00am for burial at Kuala Lumpur Connaught Kwong Tong Cemetery.
All donations will be channeled to charities.
