Passed away peacefully on Thursday, 17-06-2010
Sadly missed and always remembered by
Husband, children, children-in-law, grandchildren, grandchildren-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, a host of relatives and friends.
Cortege leaves from the residence at No.10, Solok Peirce, 10350 Penang on Monday, 21-06-2010 at 11.00am and thereafter for cremation at Batu Gantong Crematorium.
