Aged 70 years
Passed away suddenly on 19 June 2010 at 3.30pm
Leaving behind
Wife, father, mother, brother, sisters, brothers-in-law, nephews, niece, stepchildren, stepchild-in-law, stepgrandchild, a host of relatives and friends to mourn their loss.
Cortege leaves from the residence at No.21-B, Jalan Vermont, 10450 Penang on wednesday, 23 June 2010 at 11.00am and thereafter for cremation at Batu Gantong Crematorium.
