Passed away peacefully on 24/6/2010
Leaving behind
Wife, sons, daughter, daughters-in-law, relatives and friends.

Funeral on 25/6/2010 at 1.30pm at A2-02, Jalan Mewah 2, 12100 Butterworth followed by cremation at Siram Road Cemetery, Butterworth.
