Passed away peacefully on 15 June 2010 at 6.15am
Leaving behind beloved
Wife, daughter, son-in-law, granddaughter, father, mother, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, a host of relatives and friends to mourn their loss.
Cortege leaves from Farlim Funeral Parlour, Lot B, Penang on Thursday, 17 June 2010 at 2.00pm and thereafter for cremation at Batu Gantong Crematorium.
