Passed away peacefully on 17th June 2010
Sadly missed and always cherished by loved ones
Wife, sons, brother, sisters, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nephes, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, a host of relatives and friends.
Cortege leaves from Lot 1965, No. 318, Lorong Meranti Hijau, Taman Bersatu, 09000 Kulim, Kedah on Monday, 21st June 2010 at 10.30am and thereafter for burial.
