Passed away peacefully on Friday, 23rd July 2010
Leaving behind
Sons, daughters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren and greatgrandchildren to mourn their loss.
Funeral service will be held at Parlour 5, Gui Yuan (PJMC), Kampung Tunku, Jalan 229, Section 51A, 46100 Petaling Jaya on Saturday, 24th July 2010 at 12.00pm thence for cremation at 4pm.
