Passed away peacefully on 14 July, 2010
Leaving behind beloved
Wives, son, daughter-in-law, grandson, godsons, goddaughter-in-law, godgrandson, beloved family, relatives and friends to mourn their loss.
Cortege leaves from residence at 38, Jalam Kim Bian Aik, 10400 Penang at 2pm for cremation at Batu Gambong Crematorium, Penang on 16 July 2010.
