Passed away peacefully at home at 2.40am, 11th August 2010
Loved, deeply missed and will forever be remembered by

Funeral will be held in Friday, 13th August 2010. Cortege will leave D34, Lorong 7, Jalan Aman, Taman Bersatu, Sungai Petani at 10.30am for memorial service at Wesley Methodist Church and thereafter to the Sungai Pasir Crematorium.
