Passed away peacefully on 2 August 2010
Leaving behind beloved
Wife, son, daughter, godson, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, nephews, nieces and relatives to mourn their loss.
Wake service at residence on Tuesday, 3 August 2010 at 8.30pm. Funeral service at the same venue on Wednesday, 4 August 2010 at 10.00am and thereafter for cremation at Nirvana Crematorium, Shah Alam.
