Passed away peacefully on Sunday, 08-08-2010 at 1.00am
Leaving behind beloved
Wife, children, children-in-law, grandchildren, sister, nephews, niece, grandnephews, grandnieces, a host of relatives and friends to mourn their loss.
Cortege leaves from Toi Shen Convalescent Home, 32, Hutton Lane, Penang on Tuesday, 10-08-2010 at 12.30pm and thence for cremation at Batu Gantong Crematorium.
