Passed away peacefully on 5th August 2010
Leaving behind beloved
Wife, children, children-in-law, godbrother, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, beloved family, relatives and friends to mourn their loss.
Cortege leaves from the residence at No.16, Jalan Loh Poh Heng, 11200 Tanjung Bungah, Penang on Monday, 9 Aug 2010 at 2pm for cremation at Batu Gantong Crematorium, Penang.
