Passed away peacefully on 1 Feb. 2010
Leaving behind beloved:
Wife, Daughters, Son-in-law, sister, sister-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, niece, relatives and friends to mourn their loss.
Cortege leaves No. 26, SS5C/13, Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya on 2 Feb. 2010 (Tuesday) at 2.30pm for cremation at Chinese Crematorium, SS1, Kampung Tunku, Petaling Jaya.
