Passed away peacefully on 31 Jan. 2010
Leaving behind beloved:
Daughters, Son-in-law, Grandson, Siblings & Spouses, Relatives and friends who mourn their loss.
A wake will be held on 2 Feb. 2010 (Tuesday) at 8pm at Methodist Clinic, Jalan Sultan Pasir Pinji, 31650 Ipoh, Perak. (off Jalan Bunga Raya)
Cortege leaving on 3 Feb. 2010 (Wednesday) at 10am and thence cremation at Bercham Crematorium.
