Passed away peacefully on 7 April. 2010
Athma Shanti prayers will be held at our home on 21 April. 2010 starting at 7pm and final rites at 4am at Port Dickson, followed by lunch on 22 April. 2010 at 12.30pm at our home No. 19, Jalan SS 7/6B, Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya.
The family like to express our heartfelt thanks and gratitude to all relatives, friends, Doctor, Nurses & Business Associates for their presence, assistance, condolences, prayers, support, kind messages and floral tributes during our recent bereavement.
